On October 25, the fifth session of an academic exchange meeting of the non-destructive Testing Group of the Material Technology Committee of the China Railway Society was held in Jining, Shandong Province, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, and about 100 expert members from the railway bureau depots, car depots, research institutes, CRRC locomotive branches and railway society participated.

The meeting was jointly organized by the Materials and Technology Committee of China Railway Society and the Institute of Metals and Chemistry of China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co., LTD. Shandong Ruixiang Mold Co., LTD., in order to promote the exchange and joint improvement of non-destructive testing technology in the railway industry.

During the meeting, according to different surface detection methods, experts will exchange dozens of professional papers such as "Application of eddy current detection technology in rail weld detection", "Automatic fluorescent magnetic particle detection system of railway truck bearing roller", "Research on the influence of temperature on the sensitivity of penetration detection", and the excellent papers will be selected by the expert committee and awarded. Promote the deeper application and development of surface inspection in the railway industry.
