"2022 Special Equipment Non-destructive Testing Industry Annual Meeting and industry high-quality Development Forum" was held in the beautiful plateau city of Xining on July 20, 2022. More than 400 domestic well-known experts, scholars and instrument manufacturers gathered together to discuss new technologies, new products and scientific research achievements in the field of nondestructive testing. The annual meeting was co-organized by our company. Meng Fanbao, marketing manager, Qi Lu, Zhang Haiyang and Wang Youkai, business managers, attended the annual meeting.

During the conference, our company exhibited test blocks for testing in different fields and many industries, including composite material test blocks, phased array simulated weld test blocks, 47013 standard test blocks, penetration and magnetic powder test blocks, etc., focusing on the introduction of natural defect prefabricated welding test blocks and visual demonstration test blocks. Natural defects preset welding test block: Our company can preset different types of natural defects such as pores, slag inclusion, non-fusion, non-penetration, cracks in a variety of material welds, control the type and size of defects through fixed processing technology, and control the location of defects. At present, we have established extensive cooperation with domestic nuclear power testing companies and power stations. At the same time, the defects profile samples for welding, testing and verification of domestic China-Russia pipelines are provided by our company.

Visual demonstration block: Using the wave principle of the wave and particle duality principle of light, using visible light as the carrier to simulate the refraction, reflection, diffusion and other phenomena of sound wave propagating in the medium, intuitively display the propagation path of sound wave in the medium and the law of reflection and refraction. A special variable Angle demonstration probe is used in combination with a laser transmitter to demonstrate the incident sound beam with a straight probe and a variable Angle oblique probe.
